Hi!  I'm Kim, owner of The Sprouted Gourmet. I am a lover of food and desserts!  I've been cooking and baking for friends and family for so many years it’s hard to recall when I started in the kitchen. It seems I’ve always loved food and making meals for others.  I think that it is my love language.   My professional baking journey began in early 2019 by attending baking & pastry school where I left behind corporate America and government jobs.  Now I get to do what I love every day and I've never been happier.  

All my creativity, abilities and passion come from God whose given me the opportunities and desire to pursue a baking business and make fun creations in my kitchen.  I'd love to make something beautiful, fun and delicious for you at your next event!  

  I do this all from my cottage licensed home kitchen in Clovis, Ca.  My husband, Gary, gives me so much support and freedom, without him I wouldn’t be here!  He is truly my best friend and a very good dishwasher at that!  (Hee hee) Thank you everyone for making this journey fun and joyful!!
